Kelowna Police Services Building

In partnership with Bird Construction and Kasian Architecture, we won the design/build competition for the new Kelowna Police Services Building.

Throughout the three-year process, we worked closely with the client and project team to produce a beautiful and functional campus site plan that met the extensive security requirements. This plan included an entry plaza that is both welcoming and representative of the RCMP brand, a streetscape precedent for Clement Avenue and Richter Street, and a low-impact stormwater system for the extensive parking areas.
